Two Seymour men died in motorcycle crash early Sunday morning on the city’s west side.

Both men, 34-year-old Aaron Spence, and 28-year-old Neal Rice, were pronounced dead at the scene by an official with the Jackson County Coroner’s Office, Police Chief Bill Abbott.

He said Spencer was driving the motorcycle west on Third Street near Calvin Boulevard when the wreck occurred.

Both men were ejected from the motorcycle, and police believe speed was a factor in the wreck, Abbott said.
