Mrs. Jackie Lane Ford, age 56 of Seymour, Indiana entered this life on April 13, 1962 in Seymour, Indiana the daughter of the late Jack Lane and Sue Butler Lane.

She was united in marriage to Kenny Ford at home near Deputy, Indiana. She was formerly employed with American Plastic, Madison Precision and had worked in a veneer mill earlier in life. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, socializing, entertaining friends, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith and attended the Lick Branch Baptist Church.

She is lovingly remembered as a kind and tenderhearted person. Jackie died on Monday, July 23, 2018, at 4:51 a.m. at the Seymour Crossing in Seymour, Indiana.

Jackie will be missed by her loving companion and former husband, Kenny Ford of Deputy, Indiana; her loving daughter, Kristy Barrett; her loving son, Ronald Gladden, Jr.; her loving grandchildren, Ariel and Brandon; her sister, Sherry Lowe; her brothers, Gary Lane, Larry Lane, Jeffery Lane and John Lane; her former father in law, Arnold “Pete” Ford of Deputy, Indiana; several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Lane, her mother, Sue Butler Lane, and her former mother in law, Evilee Moore Ford.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 26, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., by Rev. Skip Napier at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana. Friends may call Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.
