KNOXVILLE, TN

Norman L. Huber departed this life July 5, 2018 at the age of 82.

Norman was born in Seymour, Indiana on July 21, 1935. He was a member of Christus Victor Lutheran Church. He was proceeded in death by his parents Paul and Francis Huber and sister Irma Cooper.

He is survived by his wife Shirley of 61 years; Son Kevin Huber (JoAnna), daughters Kim Scott and Lisa Leigh-Bell. 5 grandchildren; Shelby (Scott) McCullough, Kristen Scott, Shane Scott, Baron Huber, Amanda Huber. 5 great grandchildren and sister Mary Schleter of Seymour, IN.

Norman was a graduate of Indiana University and employed by Wohl Shoe Co. of St. Louis, MO. He owned Connie Shoes in East Towne Mall. Norman was an avid history reader, sports enthusiast and loved music and working crossword puzzles.

The family wishes to give special thanks to Ryan, Nicola, Kathy, Tonya, Rebecca, April and Lora and the wonderful staff of Avalon Hospice for their tender care.

His service will be July 21, 2018 at 11 am at Christus Victor Lutheran Church 4110 Central Avenue Pike. Following the service a Celebration of Life will be held at Jubilee Banquet Facility on Callahan Road.
