Jackson County Public Library will offer a free program on Carnegie Library History at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Seymour Library at 303 W. Second St. in Seymour.

Julie Lingerfelt, head of adult services, will discuss Seymour’s own Carneqie Library, along with others across the nation that came into being thanks to the efforts of Andrew Carnegie, Golden Age millionaire and philanthropist.
