Rhiannon Castetter of Seymour graduated with honors Oct. 15 from Western Governors University in a graduation ceremony at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
Castetter majored in interdisciplinary studies.
She is the wife of Bill Castetter and mother of Avery, Sam and Addy Castetter, all of Seymour.
