Penny S. Smith, 43, of Seymour passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016, in Indianapolis.

Born Feb. 16, 1973, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Gerald and Alice Bottorff Ault, both of whom survive.

Other survivors include her children, Porscha Jolly, Brittany Jolly, Zach Chasteen, Brandon Jolly, Michael Fisher and Tyler Fisher; two grandchildren; a brother, Brian Ault; and a sister, Cindy Ault Branum.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Voss Chapel in Seymour. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Thursday.

Memorials may be made to the donor’s charity of choice.
