Jackson County Public Library will offer a glass candle holder craft program for adults from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 17 in the meeting room at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

Led by skilled artist and information services clerk Trina Roark, attendees will paint a winter scene on glass. Supplies will be furnished. For information, call Becky Brewer at 812-405-1833.
