COLUMBUS

Phyllis Jean Lee, 71, of Columbus, died at 3 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Kindred Health in Columbus.

Survivors include a son, Rob (Rosie) Lee of Columbus; three daughters, Terry (Robert) White and Tamara (Charles) Parker, both of Columbus, and Tracy (Dennis) McCollum of North Vernon; four sisters, Julie Whittington of North Vernon, Elsie McManee of Clifford, Myrna Lucas of Columbus and Barbara Lee of Indianapolis; 17 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

The funeral service will be at noon Wednesday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with Dorene Bowman officiating. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Kindred Alzheimer’s Unit.
