Crothersville freshman Lacey Hall has been named to the Southern Athletic all-conference softball team.

The SAC coaches selected 12 players to the team and named Lexie McAfee of Henryville as player of the year.

The SAC all-conference baseball team also was announced recently, but Crothersville did not have any player selected to the team.

Kyle Kruer of Borden was named the SAC’s outstanding baseball player.
