The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in open session at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital at 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

Trustees also plan to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. Monday to discuss strategy related to the purchase or lease of real property; discuss and prepare bids, proposals or arrangements that will be competitively awarded among health care providers; discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies; and engage in strategic planning.
