Duke Energy plans a 20-minute outage at its O’Brien Street substation in Seymour sometime within the next hour for maintenance.
The outage will impact a good portion of the downtown area, similar to the area impacted after the substation caught fire and was damaged during a storm on March 1, according to Duke spokesman, Chip Orben.
