Jackson County residents wishing to vote ahead of the May 3 primary election may begin doing so at 8 a.m Monday at the courthouse in Brownstown.
The early voting polling site will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays through April 29.
Early voting also will be open from from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays from April 18 to April 29 at Jackson Superior Court I in Seymour.
Both locations will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 23 and 30 and from 8 a.m. until noon May 2.
The ballot features five Republican faces: Commissioners District 1 and District 2; coroner; treasurer; and at-large county council. There are no Democratic Party races.
