The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Medaris Properties LLC requesting to rezone a property at 304 Highlawn Avenue from R-1 to R-3 to build multi-family structure apartments.

Rose Acres Farms LLC is requesting to rezone a property in the 5000 block of N. U.S 31 to I-2. They are wanting to construct a proposed truck maintenance shop and other future supporting infrastructures for their egg laying operations.
