Sharon Lee (Cole) Borden, 83, passed away on June 1, 2024, at Schneck Medical Center. Sharon was born on July 16, 1940, in Surprise, IN to John Harrison and Eva (Dietz) Cole. She attended Surprise and Cortland High School. Sharon also attended at the Surprise Christian Church. In her free time, she liked to sew, do needlepoint, cook, go camping, take rides on motorcycles and spend time with her grandchildren.

Sharon is survived by her children: Thomas (Annette) Mullikin, Terri (Michael) Kerry, Tony Mullikin and Paul (Lee Ann) Borden; stepchildren: Dean Borden, Bill Borden, Larry Borden and Melinda Lewis; sisters-in-law: Bev Cole and Lucy Tincher; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Marvin Borden, siblings: Bill Cole and Sue Williams, and daughter-in-law, Marcia Mullikin.

Funeral services for Sharon will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Voss &Sons Funeral and Cremation Service, 316 N. Chestnut St., Seymour. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date at the Acme Cemetery.
