The Seymour Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Tamella Diggs requesting a variance at 301 Emerson Drive to put up a fence on her corner lot. Ronald Mix is requesting a variance at 426 W. 8th St. to add to his existing garage. He will be out in the front setback by two feet. Brook Fleetwood is requesting a variance at 313 St. Louis Ave to turn an existing loft in a garage into living quarters.
