The Megan’s Wish live auction for cystic fibrosis is set for May 11 at the Pines Evergreen Room, 4171 N. U.S. 31, Seymour.

Doors open at 4 p.m., dinner will be served between 4 and 5:30 p.m. and the auction with auctioneer Bobby Honey will start at 5 p.m.

Dinner tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for kids with half-portions. That includes a meal from The Pines Restaurant with choice of barbecue pulled pork or sugar-glazed ham with sides that include macaroni and cheese, green beans, baked beans, cole slaw and dinner roll. Desserts include choice of Florida Special or carrot cake. Tea, lemonade, coffee or water or one can of soda is included, too.

Dinner tickets are sold in advance with a very limited number sold at the door. To buy a ticket via Venmo, PayPal or cash, send a message at facebook.com/rcravens2.

Auction items include certificates and items that were donated by local businesses, amusement parks, hotels and restaurants along with gift baskets, autographed sports memorabilia and more. Tickets don’t need to be purchased for the auction. To view auction items, visit the Facebook page.

There also will be a 50/50 raffle and door prizes, and the Kona Ice truck will be onsite at 4:30 p.m.

All proceeds will go to the Great Strides walk for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which funds research and treatments and continues to work toward a cure for cystic fibrosis.
