The Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals is set to meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

Paul and Donna Foster, 3 N. County Road 1240E, Seymour, plan to request a special exception to use a portion of a 59.4-acre parcel in the 1000 block of South County Road 1200E, Seymour, for a construction material storage yard. The land is presently zoned for agricultural use.
