The agenda includes a compliance with statement of benefits for Rose Acres Farms, (two real estate), a compliance statement of benefits for Nippon Steel Pipe America, Inc., (two real estate, three personal property) and a statement of benefits for Nippon Steel as well (one personal property).

A resolution will be introduced to approve a tax abatement for Nippon Steel Pipe America Inc. for qualified personal property.
