Agenda includes a spending request regarding police vehicles; Monte Striegal discussing developing Moore Street property; Arann Banks, director of the Jackson County Visitor Center and Jackson County Chamber, discussing the Stella Pathways Program; further discussion on an ordinance regarding designated no parking areas on Industrial Way; and discussion about the 1977 retirement fund for police officers.
