The Jackson County Planning Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

Petitioner Chad Leinart is applying for a special exception to use a portion of the 59.8-acre parcel in the 1000 block of South County Road 1240E, Brownstown, for a construction material storage yard.

The parcel, owned by Paul and Donna Foster, is currently being used exclusively as agricultural ground with no existing structure or improvements.

The meeting is open to the public and press.
