The Seymour Young Marines will be partaking in the Young Marine National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Event from Dec. 2 to Dec. 9 in Hawaii.

They will meet with other units from across the country and participate in Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, Beach Clean-up Day, a wreath-laying ceremony at the Punch Bowl and a national Young Marine hike. The also will visit some of Pearl Harbor museums.

The cost to send each participating Seymour Young Marine and staff member is approximately $2,000 per participant. This covers the cost of roundtrip airfare, lodging, ground transportation, meals, admissions to museums and activities and other trip costs.
