Refuge volunteer guides are inviting people to join a “Get Off the Trail” hike at 10 a.m. Saturday at Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge, 12985 E. U.S. 50, Seymour.

The hike will start at the visitor center and should last about two hours. Hikers will visit old barns and big trees.

The hiking distance will be less than two miles, but will be off-trail and may require some climbing over downed trees along the way.
