De-stress program for kids and teens coming to Brownstown library


A new program meant to help kids and teens in grades 5-12 decompress will soon be offered at the Brownstown Public Library, 120 E Spring St., Brownstown.

Brain Break provides an opportunity for youth to refocus before starting on homework. The library will provide various physical and stationary activities to help kids and teens reduce stress, increase focus, expand creativity and develop quiet energy.

Registration is required due to limited space and may be completed at the circulation desk or by calling the library at 812-358-2853.
