Harry and Luanne Smith

Harry and Luanne Smith of Seymour will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a cruise to Alaska this summer.

Harry and the former Luanne Duval were married Jan. 18, 1974, in Nashua, New Hampshire.

The couple have two children, Heather Boknecht of Seymour and the late Kerri Chadd; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Harry is retired, while Luanne works at Walmart Supercenter in Seymour.
