Plan commission to hear rezone requests


The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. Nov. 9 in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Rickey and Shannon Julian requesting to rezone the property at 1060 E. 16th St. They have a towing business and are wanting to expand the fenced area out by 40 feet for extra room for storage. They have had the property replatted.

The other agenda item is Dusty Williams with Advanced Investment Solutions LLC requesting to rezone the property at 636 N. Walnut St. from R-1 (single-family residential) to R-3 (multiple-family residential). He wants to tear down an existing structure that has been vandalized and build a townhouse-style duplex.
