The Seymour Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Clara Anderson requesting a variance at 1068 Mockingbird Lane to put a garage in the front setbacks. She lives on a corner lot and is restricted to where she can build. The garage already was being built, and it was brought to the Seymour Planning and Zoning Department’s attention that they had not received approval to do so.

Also, Byron Andres Ochoa Y is requesting a variance at 423 W. Seventh St. to vary from the rear setback of 20 feet to be at 5 feet to build a 20-by-20-foot carport.

The other agenda item is James and Linda Kamman requesting a variance at 2252 Hedge Road to vary from the required 20-foot rear setback to be at 12 feet to put a 12-by-16-foot shed.
