The Braves went to Austin on Tuesday and dominated the Mid-Southern Conference match, winning 25-3, 25-12, 25-11.
The JV team also got a win in dominating fashion, downing the Eagles 25-5 in both sets.
The Braves are back in action on Thursday against Jennings County, scheduled at 6 p.m. with JV starting and varsity to follow at 7 p.m. Brownstown will host the meeting with the Panthers.

The Owls hosted Silver Creek on Tuesday, celebrating the recent 700th win for coach Angie Lucas with a plaque.
Seymour would unfortunately lose the matchup with the Dragons 24-26, 27-29, 17-25. The girls gave the opposition all they could handle during the match.
Seymour’s JV team also put up a good fight in a losing effort, dropping the match to Silver Creek 20-25, 22-25.

Boys tennis
Brownstown Central
The Braves hosted Brown County on Tuesday, sweeping the matchup 5-0.
The win was the eighth straight for Brownstown, improving to 10-5 on the year.
Braves No. 1 Smith Hackman defeated Jack Sichting 6-0, 6-1. No. 2 Pierson Wheeler defeated Owen East 6-0, 6-3. No. 3 Lane Steward downed Brandon Saechad 6-2, 6-1.
In doubles, Chase Brock and Evan Schneider of Brownstown defeated Jon Kirchhofle and Jax Burt 6-1, 6-4. Max Peters and Brady Davis won the second doubles matchup to clinch the sweep, winning 6-4, 7-5. The duo defeated Sawyer Gore and Trevor Shields.
The Braves will host Southwestern (Hanover) on Thursday at 5 p.m.
Trinity Lutheran
The Cougars hosted Edinburgh on Tuesday, looking to bounce back from a tough loss on Monday against Austin.
Trinity Lutheran swept the Lancers 5-0.
Cougars No. 1 Solomon Hall defeated Austin Brockman 6-1, 6-3. No. 2 Jack Stuckwisch defeated Bailey Totten 6-0, 6-3. Will Gausman would dominate his opponent in Braylon Lenkherz, winning the matchup 6-0, 6-1.
In doubles, Nathan Finke and Jonathan Neawedde of Trinity secured a win over Jayson Music and Matt Burton. The duo swept the contest 6-0, 6-0. Drew Kerkhof and Luke Schepman also swept their match with Ted Crawhorn and Braden Cox, winning 6-0 in both sets.
The Cougars host Indianapolis Lutheran on Sept. 25 at 5:30 p.m.
