The Seymour Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

Agenda items include various requests for picnic tables and trash cans for Seymour Main Street’s Ghouls and Goblets Sip ‘n Stroll; a request to use the B&O Railroad Parking Lot for the Arby’s Foundation car show; a request to block several parking spaces to allow painting on the F.C. Tucker building on South Chestnut Street; various requests from Schwätzer’s German Restaurant regarding an Oktoberfest tent; a request to use the Walnut Street Parking Lot for a trunk or treat event; a request to reserve Crossroads Community Park for the Jackson County Chamber Christmas at Crossroads event; and a request to renew a mobile food license.

Department heads also will give their monthly reports.
