The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at noon Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The purpose of the meeting, closed to the public and press, is to discuss strategy with respect to pending or threatened litigation, job performances or evaluations of individuals employees, engage in strategic planning and discuss information and intelligence intended to prevent, mitigate or respond to threat of terrorism.
