Healthy Jackson County is sponsoring a free community swim night from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Shields Park Pool, 794 N. Park St., Seymour.

The event is open to all. There will be free snacks and resources available.

With Seymour schools starting next week, the last day for the pool’s season will be from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
