Keith and Nancy Wischmeier of Vallonia recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at The Pines in Seymour.

Keith and the former Nancy Waskom were married July 21, 1973, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour with the Rev. Victor A. Mack officiating.

He is the son of the late Alvin and Ruth Wischmeier while she is the daughter of the late Melvin and Marie Waskom.

The couple have three children, Melissa (John) Brock of Brownstown, Allison (Jamie) Brown of Norman and Ryan and Kasey Wischmeier; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren,

The Wischmeiers live in the Wegan area and are member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Wegan.
