The Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

Applicants Jeremy and Jami Mathis are petitioning for a variance from the required 60-foot setback from a county road to construct a 32-by-50-foot accessory building 20 feet from the center line of the county road.

The meeting is open to the public and press.
