The Seymour City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes compliance with statement of benefits for FosTecH Inc., RR Donnelley, PSP Distribution LLC, Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals Inc., O&K American Corp., Particle Dynamics, Plant Nutrient Operations, Marpar Properties LLC, SpaceGuard Products Inc., Guardian Bike Co., TDAK Development Inc. and Aisin USA Mfg. Inc.

The council also will be introduced to resolutions approving tax abatements for Aisin USA for real estate improvements at 500 Burkart Blvd. and 1700 E. Fourth St. and for qualified personal property.
