The Hayden Historical Museum will host a combined meeting of the Hayden Little Hoosier Historians with the general public at 6 p.m. May 9 in the Hayden pavilion.

The fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders who make up the grade school history club will be wrapping up their school year. A brief review of the chapter’s activities and programs will be presented, and recognition will be given to the outstanding members.

The highlight of the program will be special guest speaker Pat Sullivan. He is a former Hayden schoolteacher, and during his retirement, he has become involved with building guitars. He will be on hand to show and talk about the various aspects of guitar building.

To close the program, members of Boy Scout Troop 518 will raise the flags on the museum grounds.

Refreshments will be available afterwards, and visitors can see the various museum buildings. Everyone is welcome to attend this program.
