A couple of programs for adults are planned in May at the Brownstown Public Library, 120 E. Spring St.

The first is a craft night at 5 p.m. May 18. Participants, limited to 10, will be upcycling clothespins for dragonflies.

There also will be a Crochet for Beginners Part 2 class at 5 p.m. May 26. Participants will need to have completed the Crochet for Beginners Part 1 class to take this class. Topics include the basic crochet stitches: Half double, double and triple.

Registration for both classes is required and may be done at the circulation desk or by calling the library at 812-358-2853.
