A couple of programs for adults are planned this month at the Brownstown Public Library, 120 E. Spring St.

The first is a craft night at 5 p.m. April 20. Participants, limited to 10 because of space and limited supplies, will be making macramé cactus.

There also will be a crochet night at 5 p.m. April 27. Participants will have the chance to learn the basics on how to start crocheting. Topics include the tools needed to crochet, how to yarn and hook and making a slip knot.

Registration for these adults-only classes is requested and may be done at the circulation desk or by calling the library at 812-358-2853.
