The Indiana National Guard launched a podcast that is available on all streaming services.

The official podcast, which is known as Lima Charlie, seeks to highlight informative, thought-provoking and engaging conversations to support the growth and development of Hoosier National Guard soldiers, airmen and their families.

“The Lima Charlie podcast gives the Indiana National Guard another avenue for our troops and their families to learn more about their organization, their opportunities and benefits for their service and sacrifice, and finally, a way to stay connected to subject matter experts and leaders,” said Command Sgt. Maj. Dale Shetler, the senior enlisted advisor for the Indiana National Guard and the podcast’s first guest.

Each episode will explore topics that are relevant to Hoosier Guardsmen. Some of the topics scheduled to be covered are the enlisted promotion process and talent management, leadership development, holistic health and fitness, rifle marksmanship and the programs and opportunities for growth and advancement as soldiers and airmen.

Expert guest will share their experiences and knowledge on these subjects, offering guidance and inspiration for personal and professional growth.
