Agenda items include a request from Special Olympics Indiana Jackson County for a road block from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 6 at Second and Walnut streets; a presentation from FPBH Inc. about the new recycle transfer station design; a request for promotion of city police officers from Chief Greg O’Brien; and requests for contract approvals with Innovative Stage Solutions for a welcome sign and with Dustbusters Cleaning Service for city hall cleaning.
