The Indiana Department of Transportation has developed a draft carbon reduction strategy to support efforts to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

Following the guidelines set out by the federal government in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the strategy lays out Indiana’s context and action plan for reducing on-road carbon emissions.

The 38-page draft document is available for public review and comment Jan. 15.
