The 77th annual Christmas Basket Fund grew to $6,120 on Monday thanks to recent donations totaling $125.

Those donations are:

In memory of Brad Seybold, $50, from the family

Merry Christmas in loving memory of our husband and father, Kenneth Holt, $25, from the family

In memory of our friend and neighbor, Mark Reynolds, $25, from Duane and Charlene Darlage

In memory of our friend, Robert W. Ellis Jr., $25, from Duane and Charlene Darlage

Requests for assistance will be accepted through Thursday. To receive a gift card, people must live in Jackson County and submit a letter stating their need for assistance. Requests should be mailed to American Legion Basket Fund, P.O. Box 566, Seymour, IN 47274.

Donations may be mailed to or dropped off at American Legion Post 89, The Tribune or any JCBank branch.
