Shirley Ann (Mandeville) Parker, age 87, a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at her residence. She was born on October 1, 1935 to the late Clifford Mandeville and the late Gerdina (Happie) Mandeville. While still a resident of Lee, Florida, Shirley came to Seymour in April to be under the loving care of her family. She was a longtime member of Lee 1st Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. During her time in Seymour, Indiana she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Shirley was a loving lady that had a servants heart. Everyone that knew her loved her dearly. She enjoyed knitting and sewing, proudly making clothes for her children when they were young.

Together with her beloved husband, they were member of Campers On A Mission. Having a burden for churches that needed help, they would park the camper and assist as laborers to help with remodeling and other areas of ministry.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 68 years, Robert Parker of Seymour, Indiana, one daughter, Brenda Fosbrink and her husband Tim of Seymour, Indiana and one son, Robert Joe Parker and his wife Michelle of Lakeland , Florida.

Four grandchildren, Michael Parker and his wife Nancy, John Creech and his wife Rachael, Brad Creech and his wife Brooke and Stephanie Sluder and her husband Dustin. Nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Sandra Buyama.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 7:00PM with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 7:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church.
