Crothersville has announced information about its free large trash pickup.

It will be Oct. 4 for residents east of the railroad tracks and south of Howard Street, Oct. 11 for those east of the railroad tracks and north of Howard Street and Oct. 18 for everyone west of the railroad tracks.

Residents are asked to have their large items out early. Mattresses must be wrapped in plastic.

Items that cannot be picked up include construction materials, paint, items containing Freon, yard debris, tires and batteries
