The Indianapolis Fly Casters will be giving fly fishing and fly tying demonstrations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday during the Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge Fishing Festival.

Other activities taking place around the refuge visitor center will be cane pole making, a fishing casting game and a fish craft for youngsters.

Saturday is a free fishing day in Indiana when no one needs a fishing license. People who have never fished before are invited to come out and learn how to fish from instructors with all fishing equipment provided. All activities at the refuge, 12985 E. U.S. 50, Seymour, are free of charge.
