Ride day for individuals with special needs will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 30 during the Seymour Oktoberfest at the carnival in the B&O Railroad Parking Lot.

The Seymour Oktoberfest and Luehrs’ Ideal Rides are offering this free quiet ride time for individuals with special needs and their chaperone. Rides are closed to the public at this time. This is tailored for those who would be more comfortable free of big crowds or loud music.

Plan to meet at the riding area at 10 a.m. to join the group and receive a stamp.

Select rides will be running during this time.
