The Crothersville Community School Corp. board of education will meet at 7 p.m. today at the central administration building, 201 S. Preston St., Crothersville.

It will open with a public hearing on the 2023 budget, capital projects plan and school bus replacement plan. Attendees will have an opportunity to share comments or ask questions.

During the regular meeting, agenda items include a report from Jackson County United Way, personnel recommendations and second reading and consideration of adoption of a criminal history information policy for applicants and contractors and a criminal history checks policy for school employees.

Trustees also will consider approval of a purchase of property resolution and a monthly transfer resolution.

Superintendent Chrystal Street will then provide updates before audience and school board communications will be shared.

The meeting is open to the public and press.

At 6:30 p.m., the board will meet in executive session to discuss personnel and sale of property. That’s closed to the public and press.
