Jonathan “John” Jewell, 65, of Seymour, Indiana passed away on August 19, 2022, at Schneck Medical Center. He was born on March 28, 1957, in Northville, Michigan to the late Paul and Kathleen (Haddix) Jewell.

Jonathan was an auto mechanic that enjoyed riding his Harley and fishing. He loved the time he spent with his daughter and granddaughter.

He is survived by his one daughter, Ashley Loutner; one son Jonathan Jewell II; two brothers, Ronnie Jewell, and Paul Eugene Jewell; two sisters, Helen (Patsy) Strong, Kathy Partin-Jewell; one granddaughter, Mallory Loutner.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Kathleen (Haddix) Jewell; and one sister, Martha Faye Turner.

All arrangements are being handled by the caring staff of Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
