The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees is scheduled to meet in open session at 8 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The meeting is open to the public and press.

The board also plans to meet in executive session, closed to the public and press, at 7 p.m. to discuss strategy in response to pending or threatened litigation; discuss job performance or evaluation of individual employees; engage in strategic planning; and discuss information and intelligence intended to prevent, mitigate or respond to the threat of terrorism.
