The Seymour Plan Commission is set to meet at 7 p.m. Aug. 11 in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The only agenda items is Medaris Properties LLC/ILS requesting to vacate an alley in the area of 1103, 1115 and 1121 S. Walnut St. and Marshall Drive. The portion of the unimproved alley to be vacated is a dead end to the east and is being used by the adjoining landowners. The primary access points to the properties abutting the alley are on Harrison Drive and Walnut Street or State Road 11.
