A nature hike is being conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday by the Ivy Tech Community College Columbus School of Arts, Science and Education.

The hike will feature Ivy Tech biology faculty, who will help participants collect and identify insects at Mill Race Park.

Those interested are asked to meet at the parking lot by the basketball courts and covered bridge at the park. Nets, collection supplies and a small number of binoculars will be available. Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars if they have them.

The nature hike is free and open to the public.
