Foam Happy! programs are set for 1 to 2 p.m. and 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday at Shields Park, 600 N. Broadway St., Seymour.

Kids ages 2 to 12 are invited to come to the park to get covered with foam from a large bubbly cannon. There’s a limit of 50 kids for each session on a first-come, first-served basis. Wristbands will be distributed beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Organizers recommend wearing swimwear or light clothing, water shoes or backstrap sandals (no flip-flops) and bringing a towel to dry off.

This event is a partnership between the Seymour Parks and Recreation Department and Friends of the Jackson County Public Library.
